From truck drivers to motorbike riders driving in the UK can be frustrating. The narrow lanes, busy motorways and crammed city roads make driving tricky for everyone. And as providers of truck insurance for many years we know how difficult it can be.
So, we thought you needed a place to get it off your chest, a place to have a good grumble. That’s why we asked you to share your #ForTrucksSake moments with us. And so you did, but it wasn’t all just for fun, there was also a great prize to be won. We gave away three pairs of day tickets to the biggest trucking event in the UK – Truckfest.
A lot of you wanted to win that prize, or just have a good old rant. But no matter what the reason there were certain things that really annoyed you.
Using Indicators
Apparently, not everyone uses their indicators, perhaps they just forget they’re there! And this is one thing that really annoys people on the road.

Watch your speed
From people going too slow to those who drive too fast, you just want people to drive the speed limit.
@staveley_head My main rant is fast cars that overtake an HGV on a hill then force it to brake. they can power away I have to drop 4 gears

They’re not motorists but they use the road too, and you have a few gripes with them. Perhaps you would vote for sending cyclists underground, take a look at our blog ‘London cyclists? Send em’ underground’
